We would like to thank the community for participating in the City of Hercules Scarecrow Contest and for choosing the Headless Horseman as the winner in the Interpretive Category! C Shift had fun creating a scarecrow in competition with B Shift at Station 75 in Rodeo. This was a great opportunity for our firefighters to connect with the community during COVID-19 instead of handing out candy as in years past. Thank you again for your support!
