Firefighters rescued a family stranded in their truck off Highway 4 at the carbon plant after the water level rose to about 4 feet. Quint 76 and its 100-foot aerial ladder arrived to remove the passengers off the truck and back to safety with help from Engine 75 and Engine 73 (Pinole FD).
